Composition of the production line


Horizontal roller rack:

It’s used to install horizontal roller and is the main parts in forming machine. It adopt gantry cast iron structure to make sure that hardness and precision of rack structure. Memorial arch is up out roller. Down roller height is not need high speed roll base line height. It live on mill precision and high precision insurance mat to make sure that all horizontal rack make up by two sides open rack. When you change rollers, pull and unlink the in front rack and shaft direction to pull the roller, then you can change. Height of main roller shaft can adjust. The distance between two sides open rack roller and shaft shoulder can stem by roller pad. Horizontal roller rack has overload safety insurance device. The rack material is ZG270-500.


Vertical rack:

It is used for install vertical roller. The function is let the two horizontal roller rack change the shape and restrain pipe blank spring back after out to horizontal roller and guiding. Vertical roller rack main shaft is single point support to change roller convenient. It use pulling plate as auxiliary support and fixed by bolt spiral tight. Symmetry center of two side roller shaft need adjust by adjust barrel. The distance of two side three roller shaft should adjust by turn the screw. Vertical roller height should make sure by roller pad.


Welding seam guide roller rack:

The location is before press roller rack. It is used to install guide roller. The function is :

A. Control the direction of pipe seam to make sure pipe seam into press roller straight.

B. Control the size of angular aperture.

C. Control the center location of pipe blank to make sure that alignment the hole pattern of press roller.

The interval of up and down roller can adjust by bolt. Up and down two side roller install in a drive support. It is through worm and worm gear crown to adjust round angle. The whole transport seat can adjust up and down by screw. And also adjust screw can adjust vertical.


Press roller rack:

It is used for install press roller. The function is heating the pipe blank edge hot up to the temperature can welding. Welding by press roller offer some press. The structure mode is two rollers press.


Scraping welding device:

It is used for scrap the outside seam and clean outside burr. It consist of two sets blade to alternate use. That can continue to scrap when the blade changing. Blade can adjust up, down and cross and can lifting quickly. Lifting quickly can come true by pneumatic and machinery. Blade above have burr twine device. Blade rack downward have two roller to make sure the down pressure when it scrip.


Cooling derive:

Making sure welding area is cold enough, when pass sizing machine, pipe can achieve precision sizing and coarse straightening. Adopt spray and water bath structure.

2. Five-roller leveling machine

User: used for steel strip leveling, main for leveling the head and end.

Structure and work principle

With a pair of pinching roller and leveling roller two up three down arrange at entrance strip. Pinching roller , leveling roller hydraulic cylinder depress , Leveling roller redard depress though worm , front and back both side worm plumbing at the same time, make sure up leveling roller and down fixed roller parallel, have leveling result.

3. Shearing and butt-welding machine

Use: Shearing and butt-welding before steel strip end and back steel strip head.

Structure and work principle

On production line, one steel strip feed to accumulator, when strip tail enter into shearing and butt-welding pinching steel strip position, shear blade fall, finish strip tail shearing ,then crane moving, export welding joint. When another strip enter this equipment shearing system, pinching steel strip, aligning strip head and tail, shearing strip head. Then pinching strip head and tail, begin to weld.

4. Cage accumulator

Use:Accumulator can receive steel strip from uncoiler discontinuously, at the same time. Function: Offer steel strip function for forming and sizing machine continuously. Feed in device:

The device set in order to let steel strop come in mill smoothly. It adopts Horizontal roller which up three and up and down adjust at the time and down four fixed Horizontal roller feed in vertical roller by in front and behind roller. It can straight and side direction location the steel trip.

The cables which from power station to pipe mill line, and cables & wires between machines and cabinets, all of them will be prepared by Buyer.
One set of ≥1m­3 /min air compressor and one set ≥0.50m­3 air tank, 0.7~1.0Mpa. Whole of the pneumatic supply system will be prepared by Buyer.
Lifts,tools,anchor bolts,expand bolts,embedded and fixing materials for installing machine will be prepared by Buyer.
